Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care to patients, including assessing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs, test results, and medication levels
Document patient care and progress in accordance with established policies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
High school diploma or equivalent required
