Job description
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients undergoing physical rehabilitation and recovery. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, oversee wound and IV care, and develop individualized care plans that promote mobility, safety, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians in a patient-centered, supportive culture. RNs participate in continuous learning, advanced rehab practices, and quality improvement initiatives while mentoring support staff and educating patients and families.
