Job description
The Missouri Veterans Home is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to help us grow our nursing assistants. If you hold a CNA Instructor Certification and have a passion for teaching in a rewarding environment, we have the job for you.
Hourly Wage: $38.92 - $41.80
Examples of Work:
Instruct the Certified Nursing Aide classes held at the Home
Adhere to infection control procedures as trained and train others in these procedures
Participate in in-service and continuing education presentations
Evaluate the skills and abilities of CNA student trainees and provide constructive feedback
Follow established policies and procedures. Document all nursing assessments, interventions and evaluations
Qualifications:
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri – in good standing
1+ year of experience as a registered nurse
Certified Nursing Aide Instructor Certification
