What the work looks like:
Typical hospital Med/Surg RN responsibilities, including patient assessments, medication administration, treatments, documentation, care coordination, monitoring changes in condition, and communicating with physicians and the care team.
What we expect:
Comfort stepping into hospital environments and adapting quickly to unit workflows
Strong clinical judgment, dependable availability, and professional follow-through
Ability to work independently within your RN scope of practice
Requirements
At least 6 months of recent hospital Med/Surg RN experience required
Current ACLS required
Current BLS/CPR required
Reliable transportation
Current TB testing: 1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
