Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing patient care standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices in patient care.
Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
Oversee medication administration, including IV insertion
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on pain management techniques and primary care practices.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the nursing facility setting.
Address any issues related to paitent care, ensuring appropriate treatment and support for patients.
Experience
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.
