Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Rehab RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adult rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions. In this role, you will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families on recovery and self-care. You’ll collaborate with therapists, physicians, and case managers in an interdisciplinary team, support safe discharges, and contribute to quality improvement while growing your clinical skills in a mission-driven environment.
