# - Nurse Practitioner Specialty - Hospice Medicare Certified | Bellingham, WA - Key Perks
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a highly collaborative Hospice team in beautiful Bellingham, Washington, supporting patients and families through both community hospice and inpatient Hospice House care. You'll partner with experienced physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, social workers, and chaplains to provide symptom management, care coordination, and compassionate end-of-life care. This flexible relief opportunity offers the ability to maintain a meaningful hospice practice while supporting an established team across a variety of care settings. Opportunities for additional coverage may be available throughout the PeaceHealth Hospice network, including telehealth support.
COMPENSATION
* Competitive hourly: $78.25- $92.21 (compensation based on experience)

WHAT YOU BRING
* Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
* Washington licensure required
* Hospice and/or Palliative Care experience preferred
* Experience caring for medically complex patients preferred
* Ability to practice independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
* Epic experience preferred
* Willingness to obtain Alaska licensure a plus
