Job description
Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director - Value-Based Care Sales to drive ACO growth across Southern California and beyond.
You will build relationships with independent primary care practices, recruit them into government value-based contracts, and help onboard them into Astrana Health’s ACO programs while delivering measurable membership and savings impact. This remote role requires strategic leadership, deep healthcare knowledge, and the ability to travel across the West Coast.
