Job description
GREATWAY THERAPY is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism. You will design and implement interventions, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and educators to foster meaningful progress.
You will collect and analyze data, ensure HIPAA compliance, and mentor families and staff on behavior management techniques within a compassionate, ethical framework.
