Job description
seamlessassist is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Pharmacist with strong cardiology expertise for a fully remote, full-time contract role in value-based care. You will optimize GDMT, support titration, and collaborate with nurses and cardiology providers to improve outcomes for high-risk cardiac patients.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of cardiology-focused experience, Pharmd, and active Texas licensure with multi-state clearance.
