Job description
Centric Consulting is seeking a Change and Communication Lead for a remote role with 10% travel to Chicago. You will lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and develop comprehensive change strategies for enterprise programs to drive adoption and transformation.
You will create communications, learning plans, and adoption strategies, monitor readiness, and report risks to leadership while partnering with program and market leaders to support deployment and cutover readiness.
