What You'll Do

As aRemote Client Success Specialist , you’ll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.

Customer Service & Client Support

Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

Listen to client needs, priorities, and concerns

Answer questions clearly, professionally, and promptly

Provide personalized guidance based on individual needs

Build positive, long-term client relationships

Provide ongoing follow-up and customer service

Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities efficiently

Once appropriately licensed, you’ll help clients understand available financial protection options.

Responsibilities may include:

Conducting virtual benefit consultations

Explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

Reviewing available coverage with clients

Helping clients identify their individual and family protection needs

Providing needs-based recommendations

Assisting with applications and enrollment

Conducting applicable policy and benefit reviews

Assisting with beneficiary updates and service requests

Providing ongoing support after enrollment
