Job description
ACLU of Montana is seeking a dynamic Deputy Legal Director to co-lead its Legal Department and steer a docket advancing civil rights in Montana. The role includes supervising staff attorneys and paralegals and shaping litigation to maximize impact across Indigenous justice, reproductive rights, voting rights, and criminal-legal reform.
The successful candidate will have a J.D. and 9+ years of civil litigation experience, plus bar admission or commitment to apply within six months.
