Job description
Allstate is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our in-house legal team in the Las Vegas area. You will defend bodily injury and property-damage cases, manage mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and advise business units on legal strategy.
You’ll collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff while staying ahead of evolving laws and industry developments. This role requires a Juris Doctorate and Nevada Bar membership, with 3+ years’ litigation experience.
