Job description
Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to handle inbound customer calls for debit card incentive inquiries, orders, and balances. You will follow scripts, identify needs, and offer solutions while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
This BYOD role requires you to provide your own equipment, reliable internet, and a dedicated workspace. Training is provided; shifts run 7:00am–7:00pm CST, Mon–Fri, with 20–40 hours weekly and potential overtime.
