Job description
A customer service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a project in Orem, Utah. As an Independent Contractor, you will take inbound calls and assist clients with donations. Applicants should have at least 6 months of telephone experience, exhibit strong listening and communication skills, and be able to complete a certification process quickly. This seasonal role is a prime opportunity to capitalize on high call volumes during the busy Winter Campaign.
