Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Indiana LCSW, LMHC, LMSW/MATS Required)

What You'll Do
Provide individual telehealth counseling using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to support patient recovery
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and state regulations
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered addiction and behavioral health services
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
Active Indiana LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW license with MATS certification required
Experience in substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, behavioral health, or telehealth preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
