Job description
Ipas is seeking a Senior Program Support Director to guide regional and country programs, ensuring strategic alignment, program quality, and risk management. The role supervises 3–5 leaders and partners closely with donors to advance reproductive health initiatives globally.
The PSD will drive adaptive programming, safeguarding, and cross-learning across the Ipas network, reporting to the DCOO. Strong leadership and cross-cultural skills are essential.
