Job description

Tekion is seeking an Engagement Manager to connect customers with our SaaS platform, guiding onboarding and ongoing value realization. You will tailor onboarding to client needs, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction as we drive growth.

Travel up to 50% is required; remote role with US/Canada coverage. Prior SaaS onboarding and project management experience are essential for success.
