Job description
Félix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging to own the end-to-end product strategy for the Félix App, WhatsApp experience, and core Messaging Gateway. You will drive the surface portfolio roadmap, optimize provider economics, and ensure the conversational experience translates across channels.
You will partner with Product Design and Engineering to build polished touchpoints for millions of Latino immigrants.
