Job description
We areexpanding and looking for motivated individuals interested in helping clients plan memorable vacations and getaways.
As a Remote Vacation Planner, you'll work with clients to understand their travel preferences, research vacation options, and coordinate the details that bring their trips together.
Responsibilities:
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
Recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
Prepare quotes and travel itineraries
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
Stay current on destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers
What We're Looking For:
Strong organization and communication skills
Attention to detail
Comfortable working independently
Interest in travel and trip planning
Willingness to learn travel booking systems and supplier resources
Basic Requirements:
Must reside in US, LATAM, Australia, UK or EU
Have reliable access to internet
Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing team support are provided.
