If the chapters of your life story include caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you!Schedule: Part-Time, OvernightIn this position, your main responsibilities will include:Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environmentTransporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or diningResponding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe mannerReviewing and adhering to resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:High School diploma or equivalent is requiredAll state educational requirements for the position must be metCPR certification preferredExperience working with an elderly population is preferredA calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciatedIf you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
