Resort And Cruise Booking SpecialistAtlanta, Georgia, United StatesWe are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Resort and Cruise Booking Specialist. You will be responsible for helping our clients plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and other activities. No prior experience in the travel industry is required. We will provide you with the necessary training and support to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in planning and booking cruises and the rest of their travel arrangementsProvide recommendations on destinations, activities, and accommodations based on clients' preferences and budgetBook flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements for clientsEnsure all bookings are accurate and complete, and provide clients with confirmation and itinerary detailsRespond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerStay up-to-date on travel trends, deals, and promotions to provide the best possible service to clientsQualifications:Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesMust be comfortable working in a remote settingPrior experience beneficialBenefits:Flexible hoursTraining and certifications are providedWork remotelyTravel discounts and perksTeam environmentIATA cards for qualifying agentsCoverage under professional liability insuranceIf you are passionate about travel and helping others create unforgettable experiences, we encourage you to get in touch with us regarding this exciting opportunity.
