Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Respiratory Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: More than 3 years of Level 3 NICU experience with competency in high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, heliox, neonatal intubation, neonatal ventilator management, bubble CPAP, heated high flow for the neonate, neonatal arterial puncture, and delivery attendance. NICU transport experience required.
Unit Details: Patient population includes NICU and adult patients.
Shift & Scheduling: On-call scheduling may be required.
Floating Requirements: Will need to float to all areas of adult critical care and neonatal critical care.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
