Wendy's in West Chester Township, Ohio is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team. The RGM drives guest satisfaction, sales goals, and operational metrics while developing a high-performing crew.
As a leader you will promote a safe, friendly, and efficient dining environment, schedule flexibly, coach on performance, and ensure brand standards and food safety requirements are met. SERV Safe certification is encouraged by training end.
