Upscale Full-Service Restaurant | Oak Brook, IL
Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 base + bonus
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a high-volume, upscale full-service restaurant in Oak Brook, IL. This is a confidential search for a hands-on leader who owns the P&L, drives guest experience, develops the team, and executes consistently.
Responsibilities
Lead service from the floor and uphold high standards of hospitality
Recruit, train, and develop managers and hourly staff
Manage sales, labor, cost of goods, and overall profitability
Oversee beverage program execution and training
Maintain operational standards, scheduling, inventory, and compliance
Partner with culinary and regional leadership
Requirements
Proven GM experience in a high-volume upscale or fine-dining restaurant
Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills
Solid beverage knowledge
Ability to coach and hold teams accountable
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
