Job description
Dough Zone in Washington state is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations across Seattle and surrounding WA locations. This hands-on role requires strong guest focus, team development, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
You will oversee FOH and BOH, manage scheduling and training, drive sales and profitability, ensure safety standards, and partner with the District Manager on budgeting and cost controls.
