Job description
Donatos Pizza in Ohio is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant with a focus on people development, hospitality, and operational excellence. You will coach the team, drive sales growth, ensure food safety and quality, and manage P&L while maintaining Donatos standards.
The GM will onboard and train staff, oversee scheduling, control costs, and build community partnerships to deliver exceptional guest experiences. A strong leader will balance performance with the Mission & Promise.
