Job description
Little Caesars in Gainesville is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop a local franchise team. You will build and supervise a crew that delivers customer satisfaction, drives sales, and operates the restaurant to company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating staff; scheduling, food ordering, and promotions; ensuring a clean, efficient operation; and completing daily, weekly, and period-end paperwork with supervision.
