Job DescriptionFin Restaurant, located in the center of Dennis Village, is hiring a Seasonal Restaurant Manager for the upcoming season.
We are open May through September, 6 days a week, for dinner service beginning at 5:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for a snowbird or anyone seeking seasonal employment. Hours from May-Mid June: Thursday-Saturday only until the second week of June, then we expand to 6 days a week (closed Sundays) for the remainder of the season.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily front-of-house operations
Managing and supporting service staff
Scheduling and supervising shifts
Overseeing inventory
Maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction
Handling customer concerns professionally
Coordinating with kitchen leadership
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
