Job description
Hillstone Restaurant Group in California seeks a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations and drive service excellence. You will begin with an 8-week self-directed training program spanning dining room to kitchen roles.
Post-training, you will lead, mentor, and hire staff; oversee inventory and efficiency; ensure outstanding guest experiences; and collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant's ongoing success.
