About Ah•Sigh•e
Ah•Sigh•e is a growing, locally owned açaí bowl, smoothie, and wellness-focused business. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager who wants to be part of something growing and is excited to help us continue building an amazing team and customer experience.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of our Bixby location while leading and supporting our team. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain high standards, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team during daily operations
Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
Ensure food, drinks, and products are prepared consistently and according to Ah•Sigh•e standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store
Help train, coach, and develop team members
Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs
Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
Help maintain appropriate food safety and operational standards
Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
Encourage the team to meet sales and performance goals
Help create a positive team culture
Communicate consistently with ownership regarding operations, staffing, sales, and any issues that arise
Take initiative and identify ways to improve the business
Step in wherever needed to help the team and keep the store running smoothly

Experienced in a restaurant, café, retail, or customer-service management role
