Job description
Nike Factory Store Reno is seeking a Department Manager who guides a fast-paced team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong store results. You will coach and develop teammates while executing store strategies and Nike Service Principles within our community-focused culture.
You will lead daily operations, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with leadership to drive growth, while ensuring teammates feel supported and included.
