Job description
REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams and lead a retail staff to meet business and service goals. You’ll be a visible, energetic manager who recruits and develops talent, aligning with company standards and customer-centric culture.
You’ll work within the store management team to maximize selling behaviors, drive multi-channel sales, and communicate strategic changes to teams, while living REI values and enforcing inclusive practices.
