Job description
Primark in Augusta, GA seeks a Department Manager who will own a department, drive sales, manage inventory and maintain store standards. You’ll hire, train, coach and motivate Sales Associates and Team Leaders to deliver a premier shopping experience.
You’ll monitor local competition, use data to meet targets, and ensure planograms and layouts reflect demand. The role requires strong leadership and English communication.
