Job description
Martin's Super Markets in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Retail Department Supervisor to lead day-to-day department operations, ensure staffing and training, and drive KPI performance.
You will manage inventory, review orders, supervise stocking and production tasks, and uphold product quality, freshness and food safety standards. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required; Spanish language ability is desirable. This full-time role includes our Total Rewards benefits package.
