Job description
Spectrum is seeking a Stores Market Manager to build a sales and retention culture across Spectrum stores in your area. You will provide strategic vision and hands-on leadership to acquire and retain customers, driving us to meet and surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will lead multiple store managers, recruit and develop teams, implement strategies, monitor results, and ensure compliance.
