Job description
Knitwell Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide store associates. You’ll work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will represent the brand, help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold standards, drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience, and coach associates with timely feedback.
