Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, staff development, and performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
You will recruit, train and coach a leadership team, oversee inventory, payroll, customer service, and compliance with company policies while maintaining a neat, easy-to-shop environment. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.
