Job description
DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, maximize sales, and ensure profitable performance through strong merchandising and cost control.
You will train and develop the store team, recruit staff, uphold company policies, and deliver outstanding customer service across locations in the district.
This role requires flexible scheduling, ability to stand long hours, and travel between stores as needed.
