Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store processes, staffing, training, and safety. You will manage ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, selling and payroll with accountability for profits and loss.
You will lead by example, ensuring policies are followed, staff performance is monitored, and the store operates smoothly with strong customer service and compliant operations.
