Job description
Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Operations to drive revenue growth, lead sales, marketing and operations, and elevate customer experience. This role requires relocation to Dubuque and on-site leadership of a growing team.
The selected candidate will close high-ticket deals, build scalable processes, and develop future leaders while collaborating with the Founder on strategic expansion and profitability.
