Job description
UCHealth is seeking an RN Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to complex surgical and medical patients. In this role, you will manage thoracic and transplant patients, perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You’ll support patients and families through the transplant and recovery journey while contributing to an innovative, diverse, and inclusive culture that prioritizes patient-centered care, continuous learning, and professional growth opportunities.
