Job description
Apple Rehab Mystic is seeking an experienced RN to join as Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) and Infection Control Nurse. This dual-role focuses on nursing leadership and infection prevention to uphold high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has a CT RN license, 3+ years in long-term care with infection control or wound care leadership, and proficiency with EHR and related documentation software.
