Position: Travel RN - Cath Lab
Shift Details
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location
City: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Unit Overview
Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
Number of Beds: 7 holding beds
Patient Ratios: As determined by staffing needs
Equipment: GE Innova, Impella
Documentation Systems: MacLab, Meditech
Self-Scheduling: Flexible scheduling options available
Floating Policy: Within departments such as EP and Stress Lab
Call Requirements
Expect to participate in STEMI call approximately 10 to 12 days per month.
Certifications Required ACLS
BLS
Requested Skill Set Cath Lab experience
Structural Heart procedures
IABP and Impella monitoring
IFR, FFR skills
Advanced Skills Needed PCI
PFO procedures
Impella and IABP operation
Procedures Performed TAVR
PFO
Atherectomy
PCI/R/LHC
Impella/IABP interventions
Implant procedures
DCCV, TEE
Dress Code
Required uniforms: Surgical scrubs provided by the facility.
Unit Policies and Guidelines
