Job description
Your Health Organization in West Columbia, SC seeks a Director of Clinical Education to lead education for our multidisciplinary team. This full-time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to improve patient care and staff competence.
The director will mentor staff, develop competency checklists, stay current with clinical guidelines, and travel between offices as needed to advance professional development and quality outcomes.
