Job description
Advena Living at Fountainview in Wichita, KS seeks a seasoned Director of Nursing (RN) to lead and elevate resident care. You will supervise the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with interdisciplinary staff to achieve quality outcomes.
This role requires Kansas RN license, long-term care leadership experience, and strong budgeting, staffing, and scheduling skills. CPR/First Aid/AED preferred. Excellent communication and team-building are essential.
