Job description
Corewell Health's Taylor Hospital Rehab Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-family centered care for patients with intensive therapy needs. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge, guided by Corewell Health policies and a collaborative team approach.
The role emphasizes teaching, documentation, and partnership with patients and families, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality care in a 36-hour weekly schedule during the day
