Job description

Fresh Start Surgical Gifts is seeking a Medical Program Director (RN) to lead the Medical Department and oversee clinical operations, program management, and volunteer coordination. You will ensure high-quality patient care, oversee Surgery Weekends, and liaise with surgeons, families, and hospital partners.

The role requires an RN with a BSN, 5+ years in clinical nursing and leadership, and CPR; ACLS, PALS, CNOR are preferred.
