Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies
Participate in orientation and mentoring of new staff members
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
